Fathom 107
A dry blend of Riesling and Gewurztraminer - All fruit and spice and everything nice! Named after the deepest point of Seneca Lake, located directly in front of our vineyards, measuring 107 Fathoms deep (or 640 feet).

Riesling Late Harvest Caywood West
This late-harvest Riesling's intense nose and luxurious mouthfeel are benefits of the fruit's extended hangtime in the vineyard. Notes of ripe citrus and pineapple permeate throughout, with a honeyed characteristic on the palate. Enjoy its complexities on its own or with your favorite dessert.
Bubbly Bliss
