Growing Conditions

The 2011 season started with a very wet spring, hot and dry July and August then a wet fall again. Harvest towards the end of October was well rewarded by a much drier and warmer period with superior results.

Palate

This vintage is lush, fruity and spicy, with a perfect balance between sweetness and sparkling acidity.

Food Pairing

Perfectly complements spicy Asian dishes and many light foods.
